She has grown the company exponentially to the point where it now has £5.2bn in assets under administration, 252,000 invested customers, and is busy expanding into the US.

As the Chief Executive Officer, she has led the company on its journey from a startup to a household name and more recently, as a publicly listed company on the London Stock Exchange - one of a very few female founders ever to do so in the FS sector.

2022 inductee

Ashok Vaswani

Ashok has been a huge presence in the UK financial services industry and internationally for over 30 years: both in his current role as CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank in India and in former roles including Director of the London Stock Exchange, Chief Digital Officer at Barclays, and CEO of Barclays UK.

Not only did he champion the role of digital in financial services before it was cool and lead digital transformation in one of the world’s biggest banks, he's also been a fantastic mentor to others and supported many current industry leaders, both in the UK and beyond, throughout their careers.

2022 inductee

Patrick and John Collison

Back in 2010 when Patrick and John were only 21 and 19, they founded Stripe - a company that has fundamentally changed how payments are processed online. Under their shared vision of growing the GDP of the internet, the pair have taken Stripe from humble beginnings, bootstrapped and supported by Y Combinator, to world domination.

Last year the fintech giant surpassed the milestone of $1 trillion in total payments volume, achieving the feat 8 years faster than PayPal. Stripe is now among the largest and most valuable private fintechs in the world with the two brothers continuing the drive for innovation.
